About Iran
Considering that Jimmy Carter did more strip mining of coal than any other President before or after him in his quest to "reduce our thirst for foreign oil" we'd be in a helluva mess right now if we were still following his lead. That's why the American people threw him out of office in one of the biggest routs in American history. You don't get voted out of office by such huge numbers because you were doing a good job. You get voted out of office in huge numbers because you were doing a lousy job.
